- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what statistics her office holds on the number of migrant domestic workers reporting unlawful working conditions.

[holding answer 15 March 2012]: This information is not held in a format compatible with National Statistics protocols.Published statistics are available on a quarterly and annual basis, which report on the number of overseas domestic workers granted settlement.
