Whether HMG will provide a definition of "voluntary organisations" for the purposes of Section 7E of the Local Authorities Social Services Act 1970, inserted by Section 50 of the National Health Service & Community Care Act 1990, & whether they will direct that local authorities should use this definition in determining eligibility for payment of funds provided by Parliament under this section.
