Government Departments: Staff

Question: To ask Her Majesty's Government, further to the Written Answer by Lord Henley on 13 December 2011 (WA 257-8), how many members of the staff of the UK Border Agency and its predecessor bodies have been convicted of criminal offences in connection with their official activities over the past seven years; and, in each case, what was the name of the offender, the date, and the nature of the offence and the sentence received.

The detail requested was set out in my reply of 13 December 2011. In addition to this there have been the following convictions:
