- Whether the Earl of Arran's Answer to Question about payments being made for clearing minefields in Kuwait at 529 c16WA indicates that Royal Ordnance plc are making a profit from the employment of HM's armed services & if so, why have Govt agreed to this arrangement. - Includes fact that contract between Royal Ordnance plc & Govt of Kuwait matter for those two parties.
