Whether the FAO Regional Project Laboratory in Iraq (referred to on page 6 of the Report by UN Under-Secretary-General Ahtisaari) & the stocks of veterinary vaccine held there were intentionally targeted by coalition forces during the war with Iraq; & whether seed warehouses were intentionally targeted. - Includes fact that will write.
