- (2) if he will take steps to improve the awareness of short-lasting unilateral neuralgiform headache with conjunctival infection and tearing and episodic cluster headaches as part of medical training and professional development.

Responsibility for content of medical training and professional development courses rests with the medical colleges.Responsibility for ensuring that patients are able to obtain access to the appropriate tests to support a diagnosis of short-lasting unilateral neuralgiform headache with conjunctival infection and tearing rests with national health service commissioning.
