- Whether it is to be inferred from Answer of 16th July 1990 521 c742 about the genetically engineered hormone BST, that it would be open to a manufacturer to plead that his liability under the Medicines Act had been voided because the Minister had licensed the product on the grounds that it met "the criteria of safety, quality & efficacy" required by the Veterinary Products Committee.
