Confiscation Orders

- To ask the Secretary of State for Justice what the total amount of money confiscated was under the 2006 Council Framework Decision on the application of the principle of mutual recognitions to confiscation orders, which the UK has received, from confiscation orders issued by (a) the UK and (b) other member states in each year since it came into force; and if he will make a statement.
