Higher Education: Devolution

- To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills what discussions he has had on Tier 2 visas with ministerial colleagues in the devolved Administrations responsible for higher education.

I discuss a range of topics with my ministerial colleagues responsible for higher education in the devolved Administrations. My officials also work with counterparts in the nations and Universities UK, who represent the devolved Administrations, on issues including Tier 2 visas.
