- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department which (a) Government departments, (b) external experts and (c) private companies have been consulted on the Communications Capabilities Development Programme since May 2010.

[holding answer 23 April 2012]: The Home Office has engaged with other Government Departments, the National Security Council, external experts and operational stakeholders. There is ongoing engagement with relevant industry representatives.
