- To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what recent devolution issues the Advocate-General has considered; and if he will make a statement.

The hon. Member asked a similar question on 28 February 2012, Official Report, column 216W.Since 28 February 2012, the Advocate-General for Scotland has received a total of 42 minutes notifying him of devolution issues, one of which related to civil matters.
