- To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills what recent representations he has received on levels of customer satisfaction with the Student Loans Company.

The total number of ministerial correspondence cases received by the Department for Business Innovation and Skills since 2010 in relation to the Student Loans Company (SLC) is provided in the following table.To accurately determine how many of these correspondence cases relate to positive customer satisfaction with services received from the SLC, a detailed examination of all of the correspondence would be necessary and entail a disproportionate cost. The Department monitors customer satisfaction levels as part of regular performance reviews of the SLC.
