Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what meetings (a) Ministers, (b) special advisers and (c) officials in his Department have had with John Griffin of Addison Lee since 12 May 2010.

Answer: [holding answer 23 April 2012]: Details of ministerial and Permanent Secretary meetings with external organisations and individuals are published on a quarterly basis. For the avoidance of doubt, no Ministers, special advisers or the Permanent Secretary have had departmental meetings with John Griffin since 12 May 2010. Details of officials' meetings with external organisations and individuals are not collated centrally and to do so would entail disproportionate cost.
