Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Bill

- To ask the Secretary of State for Justice what representations he has received from (a) individuals and (b) organisations on changes to the provision of legal aid proposed in the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Bill.

The Legal Aid Reform consultation was published in November 2010 and received more than 5,000 responses, from a range of individuals and organisations. A summary of responses in each particular area is detailed in the Government's response to consultation.
