- Whether #5,046,422 so far charged to ODA by MOD for humanitarian assistance provided in northern Iraq covers any items other than fuel, first line maintenance & third party insurance for 3 RAF C-130 aircraft deployed to Turkey on 7th April & 10 RAF Chinook helicopters deployed there on 13th April; if so what were those items & charges made for them & on what dates those aircraft were respectively withdrawn from humanitarian relief work. - Incls figures.
