The number of defendants proceeded against at magistrates courts and found guilty at all courts for drunk and disorderly behaviour, by age in Lancashire police force area, from 2006 to 2010 (latest available) can be viewed in the table.The Ministry of Justice Court Proceedings Database holds information on offences provided by the statutes under which proceedings are brought but not all the specific circumstances of each case. From centrally held data it is not possible to separately identify specific offences relating to drunk and aggravated behaviour.Court proceedings data for 2011 are planned for publication on 24 May 2012.
