- To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions if he will publish all guidance given to Jobcentre Plus centres by his Department on the Youth Contract.

The Work Programme guidance is published on the Department's website and has been updated to include details of the Youth Contract wage incentive.Existing Jobcentre Plus procedural guidance for staff has been updated with details of the other Youth Contract measures. Procedural guidance is internal guidance for staff and is not routinely published, but we can make it available should you request it.
