If US Administration has discussed with HMGovt their proposals to assist in destruction or storage of Soviet nuclear weapons currently located in Ukraine; what is their own view of these proposals & if will insist that there is British, NATO or Western European participation given that weapons in question are as much threat to Western Europe as to US.
