If he will allocate to the Science and Engineering Research Council #20 million earmarked for funding for the Nuclear Structure Facility at Daresbury & if he will give the allocated budgets for 1991-92, 1992-93 & 1993-94 for the Synchrotron Radiation Source project & the Nuclear Structure Facililty at the Daresbury laboratory of the Science & Engineering Research Council in Cheshire.
