- If the Overseas Development Administration works with the South African Development Bank in promoting economic and social enhancement projects in Southern Africa; if he will publish examples of the activities in which both these agencies have been and are jointly engaged; and what information he has on links between German, Dutch and French governments' overseas development agencies and the South African Development Bank.
