What steps were taken to inform (a) honourable Members and (b) non-governmental organisations of the outcome of (i) the Fourth Quinquennial Review Conference of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty in Geneva in 1990 and (ii) the First Amendment Conference of the Partial Nuclear Test Ban Treaty in New York in 1991. - Includes ref to letter on outcome of non-proliferation treaty review conference & ref to decision on partial test ban treaty amendment conference (copy of both in Library as DEP 6804).
