What is the current annual number of deaths in the United Kingdom attributed to (a) smoking, (b) alcohol and (c) illegal drug use. - Inc tables & fact that it is not possible from death registrations to reliably identify which of these deaths were due to use of illegal drugs & ref to Royal College of Physicians 1983 report "Health or Smoking" (extract available in Library). (Holding answer 11 March 1991).
