If he will publish a table in the Official Report to show the rate struck by each council in Northern Ireland for the 1991-92 financial year, the percentage increase and the cash increase in each case and also the same information for the regional rate indicating the reduction for each council area and for the regional rate as a result of the Budget statement by the Chancellor of the Exchequer. - Inc figures & table
