- Whether the full report of the inter-authority comparisons and consultancy is now available for 1990-91; whether this consultancy is to continue in 1991-92, what estimate has been made of the cost; and what is its programme of work for 1991-92. - Inc fact that IACC expects to publish full report in summer.
