- How much has been spent from the Overseas Development Administration budget for each of the last 10 years, in terms of 1991 prices, on construction and infrastructural projects in developing nations, where a United Kingdom company was the only or main contractor. - Inc fact that details of construction & infrastructure projects where a UK contractor was involved could be produced only at disproportionate cost.
