If he will make representations to the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics about the failure to grant exit visas to Olga Mariya and Yakov Bekker of Doshanbe, Yefim and Yevglariya Gelman of Chelyabinsk, and the Gurevich family and Vladimir Idelson of Leningrad, to enable them to rejoin family in Israel.
