How many young people in Grampian Region have received skill-seeker packs; & how many employees have indicated wish to be fully involved with training credits; how many young people are eligible for training credits; how many have activated their training credits; whether youth training in Grampian is available for school leavers who have not joined training credit scheme & what are the cash values of the training credits offered to school leavers. - Have asked the chairman of Scottish Enterprise to write to Member.
