- Whether Joseph Arthur Lewis Barker will be allowed home leave on parole whilst he is under the supervision of St. Lukes Hospital, Middlesbrough & when it is intended to move him back to Durham prison in order that he may be considered for release on licence; & when a decision will be made as to his release on licence - Will write.
