- If he will list those individual organisations within the precincts of the House which can receive the cable or satellite signal of the sittings of the Commons and, in each case, by what authority they are permitted to do so; by what route hon Members can be authorised to receive cable or satellite signal of proceedings of the House & if he will comment on installation of a cable television service to cover proceedings of the House & access which hon Members will have in their offices to the service.
