- Whether the London Regional Office of the Department of Transport has previously erected wire fencing of the type recently erected along the central reservation of the A4 at Cranford along any other trunk road in London; and what information the London Regional Office of the Department of Transport or the Secretary of State has on similar use of such fencing on trunk roads in England. (Holding answer 11 Nov 91).
