- If he plans to give the same statutory powers to the London Regional Passengers' Committee regarding consumer representation on Docklands Light Railway once it has passed to London Docklands Development Corporation as currently exist under London Transport's management of Docklands Light Railway; what powers LDDC has to call upon British transport police; & if he plans to ensure that travelcard & through ticketing arrangements will continue to operate on DLR once it has been transferred to LDDC. (Holding answer 15.11.91).
