If he will publish a complete list of all those local authorities that have been issued with (a) section 13 notices, (b) section 14 notices, both under the Local Government Act 1988, (c) section 19a notices and (d) section 19b notices, both under the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980, giving dates of issue in each case, and indicating for each case the reason for issuing the notice. - Table given.
