- How many applications he estimates will be made in England in the five years following the coming into operation of the provisions in Schedule 2 of the Transport and Works Bill for (a) rail crossing diversion orders in respect of bridleways, (b) rail crossing extinguishment orders in respect of bridleways, (c) rail crossing diversion orders in respect of footpaths and (d) rail crossing extinguishment orders in respect of footpaths.
