- Further to 129 c553-4W what steps have been taken to encourage local authorities to collect data on discharge & subsequent care of people from long-stay mental illness & mental handicap institutions, carers, services to carers, households with a mentally handicapped member & nos receiving sitting services, respite care or holiday relief schemes.
