- Whether he will instruct Her Majesty's Ambassador in Madrid to request that the Spanish Government investigate the circumstances in which the defective water heater, held by a British inquest to be the cause of the death of Petty Officer John Black, disappeared from the apartment in Sabinillas, Spain, in which he died.
