Question: Whether the figures for the Welsh Fourth Channel Authority spending plans in the years 1997-98 and 1998-99 contained in table 2 of her press release of 28th November 1995, were calculated on the basis of the planned new formula for calculating S4C income announced on 15th December 1995; what is her estimate of the funding of the Welsh Fourth Channel Authority from her Department in the calendar years (a) 1997, (b) 1998, (c) 1999 and (d) 2000 if no change were to take place in the basis of funding S4C; and if she will additionally express these figures as a year on year percentage change. - Inc fig.
