- What communications (a) he and (b) other Ministers received from Dr Carlos Cardoen of Chile since 1985 over the procurement of British machine tools for the production of armaments in Chile. - As far as I am aware, we have no record of any such communications having been received from Dr. Carlos Cardoen.
