If he will request the Irish Republic's Minister for Education to extend her concession on Northern Ireland trained primary school teachers without an Irish language qualification to secondary school teachers; and if he will seek legal advice on whether the Scrudu Cailiochta sa Ghaeilge requirement breaches European employment law. - These are matters for the Irish Government.
