Mr. Chisholm: To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how many people have been prosecuted for stalking on a breach of the peace charge in each of the last five years.[21590] Lord James Douglas-Hamilton: My noble and learned Friend the Lord Advocate informs me that it is not possible to identify those cases of breach of the peace which involved stalking behaviour. The records do not contain details of the offence other than the nomen juris.
