If he will introduce regulations to ensure that professional advisers to occupational pension schemes are not obliged to report to the Occupational Pensions Regulatory Authority failures to conform with statutory requirements which have been rectified (a) before they come to the attention of the professional adviser and (b) within one month of being drawn to the attention of the trustees or managers of the scheme, where, in each case, no scheme member or beneficiary suffers loss as a result and similar question.
