- How many notifications of breaches of the Pensions Act 1995 or regulations made under it he expects the Occupational Pensions Regulations Agency to receive (a) in the first six months and (b) subsequently on an annual basis; and what proportion of these he expects the Occupational Pensions Regulations Agency to take action on and similar question.
