Mr. Forman: To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment when she expects the reports of the joint study groups of Committee of Vice-Chancellors and Principals, Treasury and her Department's officials on the scope for private finance initiative in higher education.[24987] Mr. Paice: My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State expects the joint working group to report to her in early summer.
