How many unemployed claimants have been referred to job clubs or new job training scheme as result of restart interviews since 1986; how many of them have subsequently taken up places in job clubs or on NJTS; how many of them have been recalled for follow-up interviews with either claimant adviser or restart counsellor because they have failed to join job club or NJTS - Includes table
