Mr. Simpson: To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what assessment he has made of whether the financial reserves of Motability Finance Ltd. are being fully used to the benefit of its customers.[27716] Mr. Burt: Financial reserves are maintained by Motability Finance Ltd. as a normal business measure to safeguard the operation of the Motability schemes.
