Mr. Tony Banks: To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what applications have been received by his Department in respect of the operation of an aquarium by Shirayana Shokusan in the county hall, London SE1.[28926] Sir Paul Beresford: My Department has received no applications for either listed building consent or planning permission relating to the operation of the proposed aquarium at county hall.
