Mr. Llwyd: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what plans he has to limit the spread of superstores in out-of-town locations in Wales; and if he will make a statement.[29610] Mr. Gwilym Jones: My right hon. Friend has today issued revised planning guidance recognising the importance of town centres and encouraging retail development within those centres rather than at out of town sites. I have arranged for copies of the revised planning guidance to be placed in the Library of the House.
