Answer: Mr. Dafis: To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will amend the terms of reference of the Cullen inquiry to include consideration of the depiction of murder on films, videos and television as a possible contributory cause of violent behaviour.[30510] Lord James Douglas-Hamilton: [holding answer 4 June 1996]: The terms of reference already allow the Inquiry to consider the issues arising from the tragic events at Dunblane primary school on 13 March, as well as the circumstances leading up to and surrounding these events.
