Mr. Michael J. Martin: To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what assessment he has made of the extent to which the Gemini Housing Association operated within the code of conduct during the stock transfer procedures.[31129] Mr. Raymond S. Robertson: Scottish Homes operates separate codes of conduct for landlords seeking to acquire its houses and as regards the conduct of its own staff involved in transfer proposals. Any breaches of the codes would be investigated by Scottish Homes.
