- If he will set out for each district and islands council area for 1995-96 the total public expenditure in the categories of Scottish Homes approved development programme (a) housing association for rent, (b) housing association shared ownership, (c) housing association improvement for sale, (d) GRO grant for rent, (e) GRO grant for low cost home-ownership and (f) total ADP and similar question.
