- What was the cost of the production and circulation of (a) the invitation to tender documents prepared for the proposed twin-track student loan scheme, (b) the revised invitation to tender document and (c) any publicity material associated with the proposed scheme and various other questions on same. - Will write and place a copy of my reply in the Library.
